For a move to Sweden, the delivery address needs more detail than a town and postcode. Confirm the street address, postcode, town, correct entrance, and contact person. An apartment may also have an official four-digit identifier that differs from the number shown on the door.

Ask the landlord, agent, or housing association how keys are collected, which moving hours apply, and whether the elevator must be reserved or protected. Measure large furniture against the entrance, doors, and elevator. Record stairs, garages, courtyards, and the carry distance from a practical stopping point.
